Kinetic Control®
Kinetic Control delivers the clinical assessment, retraining and accredited practitioner education for MSK and rehabilitation — backed by 30+ years of research.
Clinical pathways →We profile human performance — read through movement — and turn it into insight: from the clinic, to the living room, to the front line. Across the group, we draw on a wide range of approaches — testing, education, coaching and more — to enhance and sustain performance.
Comera Human Performance Group profiles human performance across a wide range of products. Where it makes sense, several of these share common underlying principles; elsewhere, we take a different approach suited to the audience.
Kinetic Control, The Performance Matrix and Movement Science Practitioner are the clearest example of that shared philosophy — and of how the roles differ. The Performance Matrix is the platform: a performance-profiling tool built on a movement-testing protocol with demonstrated reliability and validity, and a movement-control dataset built from practitioner-assessed results. Movement Science Practitioner is the accreditation our practitioners hold — it doesn't test; it's the expertise that interprets a result and decides what happens next. Kinetic Control is the clinical and education brand where that expertise is delivered — assessment, retraining and accredited practitioner education for MSK and rehabilitation. Beyond this cluster, Human Performance Group draws on a wide range of other approaches — including The Female Performance Course's education-led model — all aimed at the same outcome: enhancing and sustaining performance.
Validated movement-control tests, taken in a clinic, through an app, or with wearable sensors paired to the app — the same underlying protocol, wherever the person is.
Each test is placed against a large set of prior results — by population, sport, age and rehab type — so a score means something in context.
Benchmarking surfaces risk-related profiles and readiness signals — the difference between what a body can do and what its goal demands — for a practitioner to interpret and act on.
Performance matters to everyone — the patient, the athlete chasing a margin, someone wanting to stay active and independent, the soldier who must be ready. Each of our brands draws on the approach that fits them best, each suited to a different person and a different stake, to enhance and sustain performance.

Clinical pathways →A performance-profiling platform for athletes, teams and performance staff — screening, benchmarking and monitoring that identifies the specific limitation holding performance back.
Performance profiling →A phone-based movement test that shows people how their movement compares to others their age — our own framework, made personal, for staying active and independent.
The consumer app →Evidence-based, actionable education — closing the gap left by research and training models built on male defaults.
The course →Readiness for those who can't afford to fail. CORS fuses movement analytics, wearable data and mission demands into readiness scores, fatigue monitoring and risk profiling — then proposes the intervention for a practitioner to confirm.
Tactical readiness →Capability for the moments that count — first aid, life support and CPD-accredited medical training for workplaces, clinics and higher-risk settings.
Medical training →The Performance Matrix tests and benchmarks; our Movement Science Practitioners, delivering Kinetic Control's clinical service, interpret the result and lead the intervention. It's one loop, repeated — whether the goal is a return to sport or a lower risk profile. Elsewhere in the group, we apply different approaches suited to the goal — but the aim is the same: performance, enhanced and sustained.
Test how the body actually moves, using protocols with demonstrated reliability and validity — controlling for the things that usually make movement data hard to compare. Benchmark against the dataset and the goal — required versus actual — to pinpoint the specific limitation or risk-related profile that matters most. Then a practitioner delivers or proposes the targeted intervention — exercise, education or programme — and the person is re-tested to confirm the change. Insight a practitioner can act on, not just a number.
Each brand is a different door into performance — some sharing common underlying principles, others taking their own approach. Tools, education, hardware and apps — certified tutors, franchise partners and technology collaborators all work to the same certification standard.
Accredited certification pathways delivered online and face to face, supported by an online learning platform and a worldwide community of practitioners. The method holds long after the course ends.
Certified tutors and franchise partners bring the brands to new markets and languages — extending reach without diluting the standard, all validated against the central certification database.
Clinicians, performance staff, technology partners and organisations who need their people ready — start with a conversation about what you want to test.
